Goodbye Tina's Day Spa at 952 South Court Street

Goodbye Tina’s Day Spa at 952 South Court Street!

Five years of building my business!  To the best of my ability, I have been able to create the environment I worked best in.  Every detail of each treatment, wall colors, inspirational words on the walls, the beautiful products I sold and used on clients, what to do and what not to do.  All mine!  The love that was infused into this space is unbelievable!  Everybody felt it the moment they stepped inside

None of this would have been possible without you, my beloved clients!  Not only did you bring me your business and those you referred to me, but your love and support.  Tina’s Day Spa became a sanctuary for all who entered, including myself.  This is a safe place to be who you are with a guarantee that you will feel better when you leave.

To all the folks who showed up during the buildout:  Sheila C. and Laura C. who showed up on a Sunday to strip wallpaper (while standing on the counter in my room); Sue B. and Paul H. who helped me paint the retail area; Allie Kontor, who worked my front desk that first summer, and helped every day during the buildout, and learned skills about construction she never wished for; Patsy B. for being my rock steady backbone and who kept me going when I was ready to quit; Kim G. who also worked at my front desk and marketed for me wherever she went; Robin Rising Miiller and family for selfless time and energy during the buildout; Pam B for telling me about this space in the first place; my mommy and baby sister for their full-out heart support for what I wanted to do; my father and step-mother for helping with the buildout, cleaning, and front desk support when needed; my son for lifting, moving, and painting and overall support of my business; my ex-husband, Kurt, who worked ferociously on the buildout; all of my Shear Magic Salon colleagues and cohorts; and Pam Weiss for her tenacious support and love.

All of these beautiful souls are still in my life supporting me and giving of their love and energy, as well as helping me exit this space.  It is with incredible gratitude that I send this email for these past five years!   Thank you!

I will let you know when I find a new space!
